On this course you will be learning how to discipline young children.

We will look at the child behaviour using Introspection.

Why are they behaving like this and why am I triggered by it?

We will focus on the goal we are trying to achieve through affirmations.
Affirmation- Who are they? What values are important to the family?
We will visualise our goals through meditations

Then we will go through some tips for disciplining.
