-This is Part II which is about Digital Transformation applications in different sectors followed by two more parts ;

-Part III is for specialized people and it is about Architecting & Designing Digital Transformation systems.

-Part IV, Managing Digital Transformation projects, for those who want to learn how to manage such projects successfully.

Attending which part/s, should be decided based on your objectives from the course;

If you looking for general knowledge, starting a new career in Digital Technology, want to sell such technology & services, manage such projects, or are involved in reviewing proposals to launch and or approve respective budgets, then part I is enough, while part II is an advantage.

*if you are in Digital Technology design, architecting, and or support them, then parts I & III are needed, while III & IV are an advantage.

*if you are in project management, then Part IV, beside part I, while III is an advantage.

Part I is a foundation for anybody, who wants to know about IR4.0 & Digital Transformation. Hence, it is good for management, IT professionals, control and automation engineers, project managers, teaching staff, college students, and sales and marketing staff.

It explains the prerequisites to start such projects and presents a high-level integration concept, including layers of automation. It also discusses, at a high level, the main project milestones, cost estimation, and the importance of risk mitigation and change management in these projects. The course also explains the relationship of the IR4.0 framework to Digital Transformation and to other existing relevant systems, such as ERP and Advanced Automation systems. The course discusses, at a high level, some applications of Digital Technology in some sectors, such as energy, health, transportation, education, and others. It also discusses the challenges of Digital Transformation projects, besides benefits. It also sheds the light on resource issues, budgeting, and relation to existing systems and discusses best practices, strategies, and approaches, based on long experience in such technologies and projects.

This integrated, four parts course is designed in a way to suit all types and levels of audience and meet their objectives, whether you are in management, technical, design, sales, projects, teaching, studying, or even wanting to raise awareness.
